Tuyển dụng Recruitment Specialist tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company's business needs and ensure recruitment targets are met.

2. Understand the characteristics of various recruitment channels, leverage their advantages, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.

3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, scheduling, candidate endorsement, reference checks, and offer coordination.

4. Lead recruitment efforts across Vietnam (new and existing retail stores), supporting store-level hiring from end to end.

5. Assist in analyzing and refining talent profiles, and develop talent maps to guide sourcing strategies.

6. Identify challenges in the recruitment process, propose actionable improvements, and complete recruitment data analysis.

7. Lead the preparation of hiring reports, recruitment trackers, and analytics to support decision-making.

8. Manage employer branding initiatives, including Facebook, JobStreet, LinkedIn, and the Employee Referral Program.

9. Coordinate with HR for new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth handover.

10. Liaise with recruitment agencies and support manpower requests as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field.

2. Proficient in Vietnamese; English as working language; Chinese is a plus.

3. Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience; retail or store recruitment experience is a strong plus.

4. Outgoing personality with strong communication skills, resilience, and ability to learn quickly.

5. Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize work and take ownership of recruitment outcomes.

6. Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and proactive attitude.
