- Program Development & Management: Develop, manage, and implement K–12 academic programs, Global English courses, skills training, summer programs, and academic competitions across IGS and partner schools.

- Product Training: Design and execute product training programs for teachers, academic operations teams, and relevant departments.

- Quality Assurance & Improvement: Monitor, supervise, and evaluate program implementation; propose continuous enhancements to elevate teaching and learning quality.

- EdTech & LMS Management: Manage and develop the Learning Management System (LMS) and lesson databases, driving EdTech integration both inside and outside the classroom.

- Team Leadership & Academic Oversight: Manage, assign tasks to, train, and evaluate the academic team; guarantee the quality of academic deliverables and foster staff professional development.

- Process Optimization & Talent Development: Establish and optimize operational workflows; oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development within the department.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree

- Fluent in English (IELTS 7.5+, TOEIC 950+, or TOEFL iBT 105+)

- 2–5 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years teaching students aged 6–17 and hands-on experience in curriculum development (preference for international curricula such as Cambridge, American Curriculum, or IB; Math and Science experience is a plus).

- Deep understanding of operational procedures and cross-departmental collaboration within IGS and EQuest Group; strong capacity to manage risks and proactively mitigate issues.

- Excellent communication skills, effective time and task management, and strong teamwork capabilities.

- Personal Qualities: Innovative, proactive, positive, and strongly solution-oriented.
