Tuyển dụng QA/QC Manager tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Manage Quality assurance department and directly report to General Manager (GM)

• Establish, review, and maintain QMS documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality manuals aligned with ISO 9001 standard

• Oversee the validation, verification, and transfer of analytical methods to ensure reliable test results

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the QA/QC department

• Plan and organize internal and external audits, ensuring deviations are investigated and corrective/ preventative actions (CAPA) are implemented.

• Supervise daily QC operations, ensuring accurate testing, calibration of instruments, and proper handling of hazardous chemical samples

• Prepare quality metric reports to GM and track defect trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead investigations into quality-related issues; identify root causes and propose corrective measures.

Eligibility:

Graduation from University.

Major: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry, or a related technical field

Required:

• Working experience in chemical plant or related process industries (advantage).

• At least 5 years of working experience in quality assurance/control, include at least 2-3 years of supervisory or management roles.

• Certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

• Proficiency with root-cause analysis, quality testing methodologies, and QMS system.

• Familiar with Analizing machine as HPLC, Gas Chromatography - GC - MS, Ion Chromatography - IC, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer - AAS, ICP - OES, Karl Fischer Titrator, FT - IR...

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• English - Be good at writing/speaking.

Note: The company provides shuttle bus services for employees commuting from Vung Tau and Dong Nai to the factory. Currently, there is no shuttle bus service between Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and the factory.
