We seek a knowledgeable QA/QC manager to ensure that construction projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of construction quality assurance and quality control procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in developing, managing, and improving policies, procedures, and guidelines regarding construction quality management, material control, acceptance testing, etc., and establish standardized QA/QC templates for the entire project.
Participate in inspecting and evaluating compliance with quality control measures across projects.
Coordinate the review and verification of the completeness and compliance of quality records, acceptance records, as-built documentation, and related technical documents.
Consolidate quality issues arising from projects, participate in root cause analysis, and propose preventive solutions and improvements to quality management processes.
Assist in task allocation, progress monitoring, output quality review, and issue consolidation within the team for reporting to direct management.
Provide QA/QC guidance and training to QA/QC specialists and new personnel within the scope of assigned duties.
Perform or coordinate the execution of other tasks as assigned by Department Leadership.
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager (from 10 years of experience), preferably in the construction or engineering sector
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
