Responsibilities

1. Requirement Management: Understand customer and stakeholder needs, respond promptly, and assign tasks to Product, Design, and R&D teams.

2. Track Project Progress: Build milestone plans, track task status, and ensure features are delivered on schedule.

3. Resolve Risks & Obstacles: Identify risks and dependencies across requirements, schedule, resources, and technical solutions; coordinate resources to remove delivery obstacles.

4. Daily Management: Handle daily management routines including requirement tracking, issue follow-up, and daily stand-ups/syncs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Languages:

• Chinese: Proficient / Fluent [Required]

• English: Able to communicate effectively at work

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Experience in software project management, requirement tracking, or team coordination.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) is a plus.
