• Manage daily production operations to achieve production targets safely, efficiently, and on schedule, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and production facilities.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules with Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement to ensure timely material availability and on-time customer delivery.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, improve yield, reduce scrap and downtime, optimize manufacturing processes, and support new product introduction (NPI), engineering changes, and product transfers.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 Quality Management System, workplace safety, environmental regulations, and company policies, while supporting audits and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)."

• Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, quality, delivery, labour efficiency, and manufacturing costs, implementing improvement initiatives to achieve operational and budget targets.

• Lead, coach, and develop Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators through effective manpower planning, performance management, training, and employee engagement.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and overseas technical teams to ensure smooth production operations and support manufacturing improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of production management experience in injection/ assembly manufacturing processes in a small- to medium-sized manufacturing environment.

• Experience in high-tech or regulated manufacturing industries and familiarity with ERP systems are preferred.

• Experience Requirement: Solid manufacturing experience in production operations, production planning, cost control, and operational management.

• Familiar with 5S, GMP, workplace safety and health (WSH), and continuous improvement practices.

• Skill Requirement: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities, with proven leadership, planning, organizational, coordination, communication, and execution skills.

• Personality Requirement Results-oriented and proactive, with strong planning and execution ability, high integrity, professional ethics, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Other Requirement Good command of speaking English.
