Role Summary

The Principal leads the overall and operational and academic performance of the school, ensuring high standards of teaching, student wellbeing, and regulatory compliance. This role drives teacher performance, strengthens parent engagement, and fosters a positive learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership

- Lead and maintain high standards of early childhood education and teaching practices across the school.

- Ensure consistency and quality in curriculum implementation and teaching standards

- Oversee lesson planning, academic content, and school communications such as newsletters, app.

- Conduct classroom observations, teacher evaluations, and KPI performance reviews

- Plan and approve academic schedules including learning events, school activities, and educational outings

- Lead teacher performance management including accountability, coaching, and disciplinary processes when necessary

- Lead teacher training, coaching, and professional development initiatives

2. Operations, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure the school operates in a safe, well-managed, and compliant environment where children can learn and thrive.

- Oversee the overall daily operations of the campus to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-organized school functioning

- Ensure strict adherence to child safeguarding, hygiene standards, and safety protocols across all areas of the school

- Supervise campus activities including field trips, school events, and operational routines

- Ensure accurate administrative documentation, internal reporting, and record keeping

- Monitor budget usage with company policies

- Prepare the school for regulatory inspections and represent the school during visits from relevant authorities.

3. Parent Partnership & School Performance

- Build strong partnerships with families to create a supportive and joyful learning environment for every child.

- Being a trusted partner to parents, fostering open communication and mutual trust; ensuring transparency and collaboration in children’s learning journeys

- Support a positive school community that promotes children’s wellbeing and happiness

4. Team Leadership & School Culture

- Build a strong and professional teaching team while fostering a positive and collaborative school culture.

- Coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes

- Foster a positive working culture aligned with the company’s values and strategy

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education:

• B.A. or higher in Early Childhood Education major or English Language major

• Certification for Early Childhood Principal: prefer

2. Skills & Experience:

• Intermediate English skills

• At least 2 or more years working in management level at kindergarten, school or early childhood education center

• Proven leadership experience in preschool or education environment

• Strong team management and coaching capability

• Good understanding of local education regulations and school compliance requirements

• Effective communication skills

• Well-organized, responsible, and solution-oriented in daily work

• Proactive, reliable, and professional in attitude and work ethic
