• Academic & Teacher Management
• Oversee the performance and professional conduct of all English teachers (Vietnamese and foreign).
• Conduct onboarding, induction, and ongoing training for new teachers.
• Provide continuous coaching and support to ensure alignment with the school’s educational philosophy and methodologies.
• Review and approve weekly lesson plans; provide guidance for improvement and consistency.
• Conduct regular class observations (live or via camera) and provide actionable feedback.
• Coordinate with TQE and the Principal to implement quality assurance procedures.
• Manage teacher performance appraisals and recommend growth plans or corrective actions when needed.
• Identify staffing needs; participate in the recruitment, selection, and evaluation of English teachers.
• Liaise with teacher providers or agencies to ensure quality and stability of foreign teaching staff.
• Teaching Responsibilities
• Teach English lessons directly for bilingual (Vietnamese–English) classes as assigned.
• Design and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support language development and meet curricular goals.
• Substitute for local or foreign English teachers when necessary to ensure continuity of learning.
• Support the development of classroom environments and activities that promote children’s holistic growth.
• Academic Support for Events & Parent Relations
• Support English-related school events such as festivals, themed days, and class activities.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure events enhance children’s English learning experiences.

Yêu cầu công việc

• degree preferred).
• TESOL/TEFL or equivalent teaching certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English to very young learners; experience in academic coordination or teacher management is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams (Vietnamese and foreign teachers).
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to high-quality teaching and learning.
