Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our freight forwarding team. The role is responsible for managing daily logistics operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth transportation processes across Air, Sea, and Inland services. Candidates with strong operational experience and the ability to handle customs clearance procedures are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily freight forwarding operations for Air, Sea, and Inland shipments

• Coordinate closely with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and internal departments

• Prepare and manage shipping documents accurately and on time

• Handle and coordinate customs clearance procedures and customs-related matters.

• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics regulations

• Maintain strong communication with clients regarding shipment updates

• Support continuous improvement of operational efficiency and service quality

Additional Responsibilities for Manager Level

• Supervise and support operations team members

• Allocate workload and monitor team performance

• Handle escalated operational issues and customer concerns

• Coordinate with management to improve SOPs and operational processes

• Minimum 3 y

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations

• Practical experience in customs clearance procedures and customs-related matters

• Good understanding of logistics, import/export, and supply chain processes

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Good communication and coordination skills

• English communication skills are required (written and spoken)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems is a plus

• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

Working Time:

From Monday to Friday: From 8:00AM to 12:00PM and from 13:30PM to 17:30PM. On sat, From 08:00AM to 12:00PM (Work from home)
