Tuyển dụng Mobile Developer (iOS/Android) – UI Specialist tại Hà Nội

Responsibilities

-Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications with a strong focus on UI implementation and user experience.

- Develop mobile UI using Swift (iOS) and/or Jetpack Compose (Android).

Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect mobile interfaces with high attention to visual details.

- Build and maintain reusable UI components and Design System components.

- Implement animations and micro-interactions using Lottie, native animation frameworks, transitions, and gestures.

- Apply responsive/adaptive UI principles across different screen sizes and devices.

- Optimize UI performance, including rendering performance and animation smoothness.

- Follow Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Google Material Design principles.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers to refine designs and ensure accurate implementation.

Work with existing APIs and integrate backend services as required; no heavy backend development or complex business logic is required

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in mobile application development with iOS and/or Android.

- Strong hands-on experience with Swift (iOS) and/or Jetpack Compose (Android).

- Strong ability to translate Figma designs into accurate, production-ready mobile UI.

Solid understanding of:

Layout and spacing

Typography

Responsive/adaptive UI

UI components and reusable design patterns

- Experience implementing animations and micro-interactions, using Lottie and/or native animation frameworks.

- Good understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Material Design.

- Strong pixel-perfect mindset and attention to visual details.

- Good understanding of mobile UI performance, including rendering and animation smoothness.

- Experience working with APIs and integrating existing backend services.

- Good collaboration skills and ability to work closely with designers and other developers.

Nice to Have

- Experience building or maintaining a Design System.

- Familiarity with Figma Auto Layout and Component Variants.

- Basic ability to edit design assets; a good sense of visual design is a plus.

- Experience working with both iOS and Android platforms.

- Portfolio showcasing previous mobile UI development work, such as GitHub, App Store, Dribbble, or personal projects.
