Tuyển dụng Mechanical Design Engineer tại Bắc Ninh

1. Responsible for the development, repair for fixture or machine of connector products.

2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Vendors, Sales, Project

Management, and Customers, to establish clear and effective project execution plans.

3. Follow on the DFMEA, FAI, ECN, reviewing and related procedures.

4. Conduct concept development, design and feasibility studies, design reviews, and ensure proper documentation, including drawings, specifications, and engineering document release and archiving.

5. Qualification new tooling, fixture compared with design and problem-solving activities to drive issues to closure, managing design and engineering changes as required.

6. Coordinate with vendors, and other Engineering functions to ensure alignment and efficient collaboration to get the fixture and tooling in the right time.

7. Support FAI approvals, ECN implementation, and other related engineering processes.

8. Execute other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education: College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.

2. Hands-on Skills: Good practical working experience; willing and eager to perform hands-on work.

3. Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of machining, molding, stamping, plating, and cable assembly processes.

4. Design Software: Ability to learn and use SolidWorks or AutoCAD software, with solid working experience preferred.

5. Quality Knowledge: Familiar with basic quality techniques.

6. Interpersonal Skills: Good organizational and interpersonal skills; strong willingness to communicate effectively.

7. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

8. Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills with the willingness and ability to handle multiple products and assigned tasks
