JOB PURPOSE

Perform the design and/or update of mechanical drawings and technical documents, including technical specifications, detail drawings, assembly drawings, modeling, and other related documents for new and existing orders when required. This is to meet customers’ quality and delivery requirements and support the company’s production processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Design mechanical drawings to support production

• Receive and process input data from relevant information sources to develop design drawings for the production of semiconductor probe cards.

• Complete assigned design orders on schedule and in accordance with customer requirements, based on the supervisor’s assignment and arrangement.

2. Handle technical issues related to the production process

• Handle technical issues arising during order production to ensure good probe card quality and timely completion of the probe card manufacturing process.

3. Perform other related tasks

• Carry out other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education and Major

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.

• Major: Mechanical Engineering, including Machine Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, or related fields.

2. Competency Requirements

• Knowledge of one of the following design standard systems: ISO, ANSI, JIS, or ASME.

• Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, as well as office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of GD&T / GDT measurement tolerance systems.

• English proficiency equivalent to National Certificate B, TOEIC 500, or IELTS 4.5, with the ability to read and understand technical documents in English.

3. Other Requirements

• No color blindness.
