• Reporting line: Manufacturing Excellence Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-potential engineer to accelerate the factory's digital transformation journey. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and other functions to identify opportunities, implement digital and AI solutions, and drive the adoption of new ways of working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with factory stakeholders to identify operational challenges and opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI adoption.

• Support and coordinate the implementation of digital transformation initiatives that improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and decision making.

• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational needs.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution and user adoption.

• Support change management, communication, and capability-building activities related to digital initiatives.

• Monitor project progress, track implementation milestones, and ensure sustainable delivery of business benefits.

• Leverage data and analytics to identify insights and recommend improvement opportunities.

• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making across the factory.

REQUIREM

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering or related disciplines.

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Automation, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Excellence, Project Engineering, or digitalization initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and organizational levels.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions.

• Passion for digital technologies, AI, automation, and emerging innovations.

• Demonstrated learning agility, adaptability, and a growth mindset in a fast-changing environment.

• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and execution.

• Exposure to Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Data Analytics, AI tools, MES, SCADA, Industrial IoT, or Automation Systems is an advantage.

• Good command of English.
