Tuyển dụng Maintenance Supervisor (Mas) tại Hà Nam

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment used for metal fabrication (CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, planers, welding machines, plasma/laser cutting machines, presses, etc.) and supporting infrastructure (compressed air systems, workshop electrical systems, forklifts, overhead cranes, etc.) operate continuously, safely, reliably, and cost-effectively.

Core Responsibilities

1. Maintenance Planning & Execution:

• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans based on the actual condition of machinery and equipment and available resources, with the objective of maintaining company machinery, equipment, and infrastructure at the highest levels of performance and reliability in a safe and cost-effective manner, while complying with statutory requirements and supporting sustainable production.

• Carry out preventive maintenance activities for all machinery and equipment used by the Production Department and supporting departments.

2. Management & Supervision

• Monitor and inspect the operating condition of the factory's machinery, equipment, and supporting systems.

• Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out according to schedule and comply with technical standards and safety procedures.

• Develop and implement new procedures for managing and controlling repair and maintenance activities.

• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure timely procurement of locally available repair and maintenance materials and spare parts to support maintenance activities.

• Coordinate with contractors and external service providers in carrying out machinery, equipment, and infrastructure repair and maintenance work.

• Provide regular reports and report directly to the Factory Manager / Operations Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Automation, or other relevant technical disciplines.

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment. Candidates with experience in maintaining factory machinery, equipment, and supporting systems are preferred.

• English: Basic English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate effectively.

• Technical Skills:

 Ability to read and understand technical drawings and electrical/mechanical schematics.

 Strong skills in machinery troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and maintenance planning.

 Good organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with others.

 Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

 Good leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
