Job Statement/Job Purpose:
Support the maintenance Head and ensure daily Maintenance activities in reduction of failure & downtime and develop continual improvement. Ensuring Health, Safety and Environment and establish standard policies and procedures
·        Responsible for effective functioning of Electrical / Mechanical Department
·        Implement short term plan/strategic plan relating to the Electrical maintenance team.
·        Ensure that an effective Electrical / Mechanical maintenance system is in operation including well-structured programs and plans of actions for improvement
·        Allocate resources for maintenance management. Establish targets and budgets for the Mechanical / Electrical maintenance group in consultation with other departments and follow-up/evaluate plans of action, performance data, conduct critical problem analysis and derive solutions.
·        Identification of Training Needs of the Technicians
·        Responsible for implementation of routine maintenance adhering to all environmental, occupational health & safety regulations
·        Responsible for contract Management – Safety, Access Control and Work allocation
·        Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions in his department.
·        Identify and provide resources for effective functioning of his departments
·        Develop and modify departmental procedures, work instructions and formats
·        Ensure all Fire equipment are under Fire Prevention, Electrical Hazard prevention, PPE & chemical handling.
·        To ensure zero injuries, incidents & accidents
·         To communicate on hazards and potential risks
·         To comply all statutes pertaining to electrical requirements
·        Member of either Food safety or HSE
Authority (if applicable)
Make a decision within job area which was assigned without affecting to line’s efficiencies.
Reporting to higher management for further advice when need.
Discipline violation people as company’s code. Have the right to stop working within 12 hours for leaders or operators in emergency case.
Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate preferably mechanical /electrical
Education Level / Additional Skills:
Mechanical or Electrical engineering from University, Safety & Food safety standard
Qualifications & Experience
-         Graduate from Engineering University in Mechanical / Electrical.
-         5 years’ experience in supervisor role at similar manufacturing setup is priority
Other qualifications:
-         Proficient in use of Microsoft office products – Excel, work ....
-         Ability to speak English.
-         Fast Learner.
-         A good teamwork.
-         Highly adaptability.
-         Able to motivate people.

Environment & Working Conditions:
1)  Ensure a safe working environment and track product life cycle.
2)  Provide on the job training to all subordinate.
3)  Work closely with QA and maintenance, Supply Chain, HR in ensuring effective role delivery.
4)  Assure strong superior role in implementing standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
