Tuyển dụng HR Supervisor (Song Khoai, Quang Ninh) (29179) | Salary 25-30M tại Quảng Ninh

-Manage recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for local employees ranging from factory workers to management staff
-Oversee attendance management, payroll calculations, overtime tracking, and paid leave records using Excel or HR software
-Support the operation and maintenance of salary reviews, bonus evaluations, and performance appraisal systems
-Draft, update, and manage company working regulations, internal rules, and labor contracts in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws
-Plan and conduct orientation and training programs for new hires and staff across different organizational tiers
-Handle labor union relations including negotiations, meetings, and preparation of required documentation
-Submit statutory reports and documents to local labor authorities and social insurance departments
-Organize and manage internal company events such as year-end parties, annual health checks, and company trips
-Establish and implement HR structures and operational policies to support company scaling
-Resolve employee grievances and manage workplace relations to maintain a positive work climate
-Coordinate with Japanese management and administration leaders regarding HR policies and organizational planning
-Other related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

-Female, 30-40 years old
-Bachelor's degree
-At least 5 years of HR and labor management experience in manufacturing or Japanese companies
-Proven experience covering recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, timekeeping, and payroll administration
-Strong practical knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, social insurance regulations, and labor union relations
-Hands-on experience in drafting labor contracts, employment agreements, and internal work rules
-Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software for attendance and salary processing
-English (Intermediate level)
