Fabric Sales Staff
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Introduce, promote, and sell fabric products to existing and potential customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments (Purchasing, Factory, and Production Progress Tracking) to handle daily operations, including:
Follow up on production and delivery schedules.
Negotiate prices.
Arrange shipping and delivery documents.
Monitor payments and coordinate debt collection, if necessary.
Handle customer complaints and other arising issues.
Update orders in the WFX system for production implementation.
Discuss and resolve issues arising during the execution of contracts.
Report business performance and sales activities to the Sales Manager.
Update and report any issues that may affect the company’s business operations in the regional market due to changes in regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Sales team.
REQUIREMENTS:
College or University degree in Economics, Garment Technology, Business Administration or a relevant major.
Good English communication skills.
At least 1–2 years of experience
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong multitasking abilities.
Proactive, responsible, willing to learn, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
