Fabric Sales Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Introduce, promote, and sell fabric products to existing and potential customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments (Purchasing, Factory, and Production Progress Tracking) to handle daily operations, including:
• Follow up on production and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate prices.
• Arrange shipping and delivery documents.
• Monitor payments and coordinate debt collection, if necessary.
• Handle customer complaints and other arising issues.
• Update orders in the WFX system for production implementation.
• Discuss and resolve issues arising during the execution of contracts.
• Report business performance and sales activities to the Sales Manager.
• Update and report any issues that may affect the company’s business operations in the regional market due to changes in regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

• College or University degree in Economics, Garment Technology, Business Administration or a relevant major.
• Good English communication skills.
• At least 1–2 years of experience
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, willing to learn, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
