HR Business Partner (HRBP/Supply Chain/Freight/Chinese speaking)

We are looking for an experienced

HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our

Supply Chain and Global Freight Service business functions.

The ideal candidate should have solid HRBP experience and a good understanding of

Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding or Global Freight Service, with the ability to work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business needs.

This position will partner with management to support organization development, manpower planning, talent management, employee relations and other HR initiatives for the assigned business functions.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• HR Business Partnering
• Partner closely with business leaders and management to understand business objectives, workforce needs and organizational challenges.
• Provide HR solutions and recommendations in line with business strategies and operational requirements.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to management and employees within the assigned functions.
• Support organizational structure optimization and workforce planning according to business growth and operational needs.
• Talent & Workforce Management
• Lead manpower planning, recruitment planning and workforce optimization for Supply Chain / Global Freight Service teams.
• Identify critical positions and key talent; support talent development, succession planning and retention initiatives.
• Monitor headcount, turnover, manpower costs and other HR metrics, and provide regular analysis to management.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment of key positions.
• Performance & Organization Development
• Support performance management processes and ensure alignment between business objectives and employee performance.
• Identify capability gaps and work with relevant teams to develop training and development plans.
• Support organizational development, team effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives.
• Employee Relations & HR Operations
• Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies, labor regulations and employee-related matters.
• Handle employee relations cases and support the resolution of workplace issues.
• Partner with HR functions including C&B, TA, L&D and HR Operations to ensure effective HR service delivery.
• Support HR projects and other initiatives assigned by management.
• Business & Data Analysis
• Analyze business and HR data to identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare HR reports and recommendations for management based on business requirements.
• Continuously improve HR processes and practices to better support business operations.
• Male, preferably 30–40 years old.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years of HRBP / HR Manager / HR Generalist experience.
• Candidates must have experience in at least ONE of the following business areas: Supply Chain / Logistics or Global Freight Service / Freight Forwarding / International Logistics
• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
• Experience in manpower planning, talent management, performance management and employee relations.
• Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and good English communication skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a business-oriented mindset.
