❖ Accounting operations

• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and payable with customers/suppliers.

• Conduct transactions with the bank: money transfers, credit, savings, international payments, etc.

• Monitor bank account balances and cash, and prepare related reports.

• Collect and track the principal and interest payments from the bank for each contract/agreement.

• Monitor and process monthly office expense payments.

• Verify the validity and legality of accounting documents before making payments or recording transactions.

• Issue monthly invoices for services.

❖ Administrative and Human Resources

• Track employee attendance, leave requests, and calculate payroll

• Social insurance increase/decrease report: calculate monthly social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance contributions.

• Post job openings, contact candidates, and schedule interviews.

• Draft and manage employment contracts and personnel files.

• Provide support to the HR manager upon request.

• Graduated from university with a major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting-finance position.

• Capable of organizing accounting systems, document control processes, and cash flow management.

• Careful, honest, responsible, and capable of working independently.

• Proficient in English

• Salary: 14 – 16 million VND/month (negotiable based on ability).

*** Working hours

• Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

• Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00

Work location: Hanoi Office: No. 2, Pham Tien Duat Street, Handi Resco Urban Area, Co Nhue 2 Ward, Hanoi.
