Tuyển dụng Fresh Assistant Merchandiser Program tại Hồ Chí Minh

MCSBASE is a textile and garment company specializing in the sourcing and supply of yarn, knitted and woven fabrics for international markets.

We are looking for Assistant Merchandiser to support our merchandising team in coordinating orders via below program:

Phase 1: Training (Months 1-2)

- Target: Top 5 shortlisted fresh graduate candidates from the interview round.

- Curriculum: Train about fabric, technical specifications, merchandising workflows, factory coordination, and standard operating procedures.

- Salary support: Monthly training allowance ranging from 2,000,000 VND to 5,000,000 VND (based on performance).

- Assessment: A test will be hold at the end of Month 2. The top 1–2 candidates with the highest overall scores will advance to Phase 2.

Phase 2: Probation (Months 3–4)

Target: Top 1–2 selected candidates.

Role: Appointed as Assistant Merchandiser:

Key responsibilities:

- Assist merchandiser and manager in preparing fabric collections for clients.

- Follow up on sample development, production progress, and provide appropriate support.

- Support to prepare documents related to orders, contract, samples, and production.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Phase 3: Official staff (Month 5 Onward)

Evaluation: Comprehensive 60-day probation review against based on order-handling efficiency.

Outcome:Official Labor Contract with full statutory social, health, and unemployment insurance.

Performance-based salary renegotiation to reflect demonstrated execution capability and commercial contribution during probation.

Job Requirements:

- Fresh graduates from University with a relevant major (textile, fabric, garment industry)

- GPA: from 3.0/4.0 or 7.0/10.0

- Fluent in 4 English skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Responsible, careful, proactive, and willing to learn.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

- Textile and garment related experience, would be useful.

Working time:

- Working from Monday to Friday

+ Morning: 7h30 – 12h00

+ Afternoon: 13h30 – 17h00
