Tuyển dụng Driver Team Leader/fleet Management tại Hồ Chí Minh

Working location: 18A Cong Hoa, Bay Hien Ward, HCMC

Working schedule: 1PM - 10PM, Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the flow of day-to-day drivers on road.

• Communicate clear instructions to team members.

• Listen to team members' feedback.

• Support Preload to arrange drivers for delivery, check on delivery result, exception code, …

• Support Dispatch on drivers' discipline, on road timing, drivers working schedule, drivers OT, …

• Support Supervisor to check on daily drivers' productivities, follow up action plans to improve results.

• Attending to all internal and external customers queries.

• Filing and housekeeping of all relevant documents.

• Report to Direct Managements on the team's progress.

• Data process and paperwork.

• And any other duties assigned from time to time.

Your Skills & Requirements

• Potential to build up Leadership skill.

• Experience to build up Teamwork in working environment.

• Driving skill & understand about automotive is recommended.

• Good computer literacy.

• 3-5 years relevant experience in similar capacity.

• University or College graduation.

• Hard working, diligent, & Self motivated.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Agree to work in late evening, Saturday.

• Must hold a valid B2 driving license
