Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Coordinator who combines strong design understanding with planning and coordination skills.

This role will be the key point of contact for design requests from different departments, responsible for clarifying briefs, assessing feasibility, coordinating workload and timelines within the Design team, following up on progress, and providing clear feedback to Designers.

When coordination workload allows, the role will also support hands-on design work, particularly in packaging, POSM and other marketing materials.

1. Design Coordination & Planning

• Receive and consolidate design briefs from internal departments

• Clarify objectives, requirements, priorities, deliverables and timelines.

• Assess brief feasibility based on workload, resources and deadlines.

• Coordinate and allocate design tasks within the Design team.

• Track progress, follow up on deadlines and flag potential risks.

• Act as the communication bridge between stakeholders and Designers.

2. Design Review & Feedback

• Review design progress and deliverables against the brief, brand guidelines and project requirements.

• Consolidate stakeholder feedback and provide clear, actionable direction to Designers.

• Help streamline the review process and minimize unnecessary revisions.

• Follow projects from initial brief through to final delivery.

3. Hands-on Design Support

• Support design execution when coordination workload allows, including:

• Packaging

• POSM

• Marketing collaterals

• Key Visual adaptations

• Other marketing/trade marketing materials

• Ensure designs meet visual, brand and production requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Graphic Design, preferably in an in-house, agency, FMCG, retail or marketing environment.

• Strong planning, coordination and project management skills.

• Good organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple briefs.

• Ability to understand briefs, ask the right questions and assess feasibility.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to Designers.

• Good understanding of design production and printing processes.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools.

• Strong ownership, problem-solving skills and commitment to deadlines.

• Good in English (verbally + listening)

Preferred Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in Packaging and POSM design.

• Previous experience coordinating projects or workload within a Design team.

• Experience working with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Brand or Product teams.

• Knowledge of printing, materials, die-cut, production and artwork adaptation.

• Portfolio demonstrating strong design execution and practical project experience.
