- Effectively engage with stakeholders to understand their business problems and then formulate a data-driven approach for resolution.

- Master the data structures and processing rules for the assigned function(s).

- Visualize data using reporting/ dashboard tools & techniques and be accountable for the availability, quality and accuracy of reporting.

- Document and follow existing processes to reporting and data quality management.

- Continuous research and improvement to become subject matter expert on our data repositories/ analytic solutions. Provide thought leadership to the team on use and interpretation.

- Ability to communicate with non-technical/ technical peers.

- Provide ad-hoc data and analytics support to the business and perform other related duties as assigned.

- Inherently curious about data with a strong desire to keep up to date with the latest developments in analytics/ visualization and machine learning.

Must-have:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics working closely with business functions.

• Proficient in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service:

o Data modeling, relationships, RLS.

o Advanced DAX (time intelligence, dynamic measures)

o Power Query (M language)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Strong SQL skills (Databricks SQL, T-SQL, or equivalent) and Visualization tools.

• Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts (dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT flows).

• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks: querying, dataset connections, performance tuning.

• Experience with Python/ Pyspark.

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of data Lakehouse architecture.

• Familiarity with CI/CD for Power BI (deployment pipelines, ALM Toolkit).

• Direct experience engaging with business stakeholders to translate requirements into dashboards/KPIs.

• Experience in agriculture or retail industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
