Take ownership of the Vietnam market for a global player in metalworking and machining solutions. Drive business growth across CNC machining, tooling and metalworking applications, working with strategic customers and Business Partners.

This is a high-autonomy role combining mechanical and machining knowledge with consultative selling and business development, with regular travel across Vietnam and close regional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through direct customers and Business Partners.
• Develop new business across CNC machining, machine tools, cutting tools and tooling.
• Work with customers on machining applications, productivity, tool life and process improvement.
• Conduct technical evaluations and application tests to deliver value-based solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers and Business Partners.
• Expand market presence across Automotive, Mould & Die, Aerospace, Electronics, Medical and other manufacturing sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from technical consultation to commercial negotiation.

Identify new market opportunities and grow share of business in Vietnam.

Yêu cầu công việc

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

7+ years’ experience in CNC machining, tooling, machine tools, cutting tools, grinding wheels or related technical sales/service.

• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling and metalworking applications.
• Proven B2B sales, business development and negotiation skills.
• Strong English and Vietnamese
• Self-driven, hands-on and comfortable working independently with customers and Business Partners.
