Role Objectives: To support the Global Risk & Compliance function in implementing and continuously improving Moose's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, while assisting with governance, statutory compliance and broader compliance initiatives across the Group's global operations

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Risk Management

• Coordinate enterprise risk assessments across global business functions and operating markets.

• Maintain the global compliance risk register and monitor the implementation of risk treatment actions.

• Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs), emerging risks and risk trends.

• Support the ongoing development and implementation of the Group's ERM framework, policies and processes.

• Support in facilitating risk workshops and engage with business stakeholders to identify, assess and manage risks.

• Support ESG and other strategic risk assessments as required.

Governance and Compliance

• Assist with statutory compliance activities across jurisdictions, including monitoring compliance obligations, maintaining registers, coordinating regulatory filings and supporting responses to regulatory enquiries.

• Support internal audit, compliance reviews and other governance projects as required.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisers on risk and compliance matters.

• Undertake other compliance, governance and risk management activities as directed by the Global Head of Compliance.

Reporting, Risk Management Culture and Secretariat duties

• Prepare risk reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and risk committees.

• Assist with business continuity, crisis management and resilience planning activities.

• Support the design and development of creative risk awareness programs, workshops and onboarding modules.

• Assist with Secretariat duties such as providing administrative support to the Executive Risk Committee, including organizing agendas, collating meeting packs, and taking minutes

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, Law or a related discipline.

• Progress towards, or willingness to obtain, professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, CISA or similar, is highly regarded.

• 3+ years' experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, compliance, governance or a related field.

• Experience within a multinational organisation or professional services firm (Big 4 or mid-tier) is an advantage.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
