I. Position Summary

Responsible for coordinating and supervising contractors on-site, reviewing technical drawings,

BOQs, and material specifications to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, applicable laws, and relevant standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, effective site planning and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project execution, particularly in areas adjacent to operational facilities.

II. Key Responsibilities

+ Plan and oversee on-site works, manage contractors, and coordinate multiple trades.

+ Present upcoming work plans to stakeholders and senior management.

+ Provide practical engineering solutions and adjust methods/designs to suit site conditions.

+ Review design drawings and prepare conceptual layouts as requested by senior management.

+ Check quantities, BOQs, and material specifications submitted by contractors.

Yêu cầu công việc

+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field.

+ 3–5 years of site supervision and contractor management experience (Candidates born between 1995 and 2000 are preferred)

+ Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and codes.

+ Good at SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD for preparing concepts and overall design ideas.

+ Good communication and presentation skills to coordinate with contractors and report to senior management.

+ English communication level is required.
