Tuyển dụng Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition (01-Year contract) tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews, advising on selection decisions, preparing salary proposals and job offers, ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

Work closely with the team to develop and execute recruitment strategies and sourcing plans, focusing on building a strong talent pipeline and supporting mass hiring for new project launches across the country.

2. Employer Branding

Manage all external Talent Acquisition communications, including job advertisements, employer branding campaigns, the Management Trainee (MT) program, to maintain a professional image and positive perception among target audiences.

Stay updated on employer branding trends and recommend initiatives to strengthen DSC Vietnam’s long-term employer brand strategy.

3. TA/HR Projects

Align with the regional team in rolling out resourcing initiatives and projects to enhance local recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.

Support company events, employee engagement activities and other tasks assigned by line manager.

4. Reporting and Analytics

Maintain and update the Talent Acquisition dashboard to support regional data requirements and reflect resourcing KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment agency and/or Talent Acquisition role in multinational working environment.

- Exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics/supply chain is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.

- Result-oriented with a can-do attitude.

- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.

- Open to new ideas and willing to try different approaches for improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree

- Fluent in English.
