Tuyển dụng Air Export Customer Service Intern tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Assist in receiving and processing air export bookings from customers, the Sales team, and overseas agents.
• Support coordination with the Pricing team, airlines, and co-loaders to confirm bookings and update flight schedules.
• Assist in preparing draft HAWBs, manifests, and other related shipping documents.
• Support the preparation and sending of pre-alerts and shipping documents to overseas agents as instructed.
• Monitor flight schedules, update shipment status, and communicate relevant information to customers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
• Assist in checking shipment information, updating data in the company’s system, and maintaining shipping documents.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Documentation, and other relevant teams to ensure shipments are processed on schedule.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Logistics, Import-Export, International Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Logistics and import-export procedures is an advantage.
• Basic English reading comprehension and email-writing skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to learn practical operational procedures.
