• Receive and process air export bookings from customers, the Sales team, and overseas agents.
• Coordinate with the Pricing team to secure bookings with airlines and co-loaders, send booking confirmations to customers, and update flight schedules to overseas agents.
• Prepare draft HAWBs and manifests for the airport operations team and customers for checking and confirmation.
• Send pre-alerts and shipping documents to destination agents within the required timeframe.
• Perform FWB/FHL data transmission through airline systems, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Monitor flight schedules and shipment status, providing timely updates to customers, overseas agents, and relevant internal departments.
• Coordinate the verification of freight charges, surcharges, and other shipment- related costs; prepare and issue debit notes to customers and relevant departments.
• Attend meetings with customers and airlines when required.
• Monitor market freight rates and industry trends to support pricing and operational activities.
• Manage, assign tasks to, train, and supervise junior team members to ensure work quality and e iciency.
• Proactively handle operational issues and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Import-Export, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Air Export operations at a Logistics/Freight Forwarding company, preferably in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of air export procedures, booking processes, and air freight documentation.
• Experience with FWB/FHL data transmission through airline systems.
• Good command of English, particularly written communication and email correspondence with overseas agents.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise junior staff.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
