• Own paid traffic for Melive's TikTok Shop LIVE business. You buy, optimize, and scale LIVE and video ads so sessions hit viewership and GMV targets profitably.
• Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns: LIVE Shopping Ads, Video Shopping Ads, GMV Max
• Manage real-time budget pacing and bid adjustments during live sessions to sustain concurrent viewership
• Build creative testing plans with the Editor (hook variants, thumbnails, audiences) and act on results
• Own reporting on ROAS, CPM, CPC, CTOR, cost per viewer, and GMV contribution per session
• Manage ads credit and budgets; reconcile spend against internal targets
• Coordinate with Melive Global on US audience targeting, seasonality, and category priorities
• Maintain ad account health, compliance, and creative approval workflow

• 3+ year running paid media, with hands-on TikTok Ads Manager experience
• Working English for reporting and coordination with the Global team
• Available during US live hours for real-time campaign management
• Strong analytical skills — able to read performance data and make in-session decisions
• Experience managing meaningful monthly spend with clear ROAS accountability
• TikTok Shop / live commerce ads experience
• Meta or Google Ads background for cross-channel context
• Comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and building your own reporting
