• Report to VP, Divisional Controller and Accounting Managers in Hong Kong office

• Responsible for management reports/financial analysis and accounting schedules

• Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard for accounting functions and reporting integrity

• Handle accounts including general ledger, account payable, and month end closing

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Vietnam accounting team

• Fulfill tax, audit, and statutory requirements

• Initiate accounting process improvement

• Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding the audit, tax and other relevant matters

• Hold regular meetings with HK and US team members and other departments in resolving daily issues

• Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties when required

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or degree holder major in Accounting

• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience (preferably in toys trading and manufacturing but not service industry)

• Hands on experience with ERP and computerized accounting system is a plus

• Good command of English is a must

• Stable job history
