Job Description:

- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

- Prepare tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.

- Support the financial reporting process and assist in month-end closing activities.

- Participate in financial analysis and reporting to management.

- Continuously improve accounting processes and systems.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and regulations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
