JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for managing administrative operations, including facilities management, employee transportation, …..Coordinate and support Fire Prevention and Fighting (FPF), workplace safety. Manage vendors and control the administrative budget to ensure smooth, continuous, and efficient business and manufacturing operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing General Affairs operations.

Ensuring efficient daily administration.

Maintaining regulatory compliance and workplace safety.

Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, government authorities, and management.

Supporting effective operations in a working environment

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 5 years of GA experience in factory.

• At least 2 years in a senior, supervisory.

• Experience developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls (preferable)

• Fire Prevention and Fighting (FPF) / Fire Safety Management

• Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) / Workplace Safety

• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is an advantage

• General Affairs Management

• Office & Facility Management

• Vendor & Contract Management

• Budget Planning and Cost Control

• Environmental Management
