Training Manager - Crocs (HO - 000269_SHO-CRO-149-188-138-1)

Responsible for all technical and customer service training for employees at store level.
Areas of Responsibility
·       Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
·       Manage training schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials.
·       Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
·       Oversee technical training implementation.
·       Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training and how it affects KPIs.
·       Partner with Brand Managers and other stakeholder regarding instructional design.
·       Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
·       Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in program offerings.
Relevant Experience:
·       Bachelor’s degree in communications or related area required.
·       At least 5 years of experience in Retail training, especially in Fashion/ Beauty, with one year of supervisory experience required. competencies:

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
·       Thorough understanding of training processes.
·       Ability to moderate large groups.
·       Extremely organized and detail oriented.
·       Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
