Wholesale – Key Account (Retail) (HOA - 000017_SHO-WHO-186-201-111-1)

- Sales Order Processing

Entering sales orders, verifying customer details, tracking delivery status, and ensuring timely delivery of goods or services.

- Administrative & Operations Support

Maintaining customer databases, updating records, filing sales contracts, and preparing routine sales documentation (invoices, proposals, quotations).

- Communication Hub

Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving basic service or delivery issues, and relaying customer updates to internal teams.

- Reporting & Analytics

Tracking sales performance metrics, compiling weekly or monthly sales reports, and preparing presentation materials for management.

- Inventory & Logistics Coordination

Monitoring stock levels in coordination with warehouse/supply chain teams to confirm order fulfillment capacity.

- Cross-Departmental Liaison

• Facilitating communication between sales, marketing, merchandising, finance and accounting (for billing/payments)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or a similar role; retail or distribution experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in sales order processing, documentation, invoicing, delivery coordination, and stock monitoring.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP, SAP, or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills when working with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Basic analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Proactive, service-minded, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
