WeCare Group is a fast-growing B2B distributor of industrial supplies in Vietnam. The company sells industrial hardware and consumables, including fasteners, welding materials, adhesives, packaging film, pipes and fittings, and metal hardware, from a catalog of thousands of SKUs to two customer groups: hardware shops across the country and manufacturing factories. It buys from suppliers, holds its own inventory, and delivers to downstream business customers nationwide.

THE ROLE

WeCare Group is Vietnam’s leading B2B industrial supplies distribution platform, processing over 100,000 orders/month across nationwide manufacturing and hardware retail channels.

Responsible for managing and supporting the assigned B2B customer portfolio in Southern Vietnam, ensuring smooth order processing and timely customer service while driving sales through telesales activities.

The position combines two key responsibilities: generating repeat orders and reactivating inactive customers through outbound calls and providing end-to-end sales support throughout the quotation and order fulfillment process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Telesales & Customer Engagement (50%):

• Proactively contact assigned B2B customers in Southern Vietnam to understand their purchasing needs and generate repeat orders.
• Re-engage inactive customers and identify opportunities to reactivate their purchasing activities.
• Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries through order confirmation.
• Recommend relevant products based on customer requirements and previous purchasing history.
• Maintain regular communication with assigned customers to encourage consistent purchasing frequency.
• Identify additional customer needs and potential opportunities for cross-selling or increasing order volume.
• Accurately record call activities, customer feedback, opportunities, and results in the CRM/tracking system.

2. Sales Support & Order Management (50%):

• Manage the end-to-end order process for assigned customers, including quotation preparation, order placement, sample requests, order changes, returns, and status follow-up.
• Coordinate closely with Sourcing and Logistics teams to monitor order fulfillment and ensure successful delivery.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding orders and keep customers informed of relevant updates.
• Verify product names, product codes, specifications, and customer requirements against the WeCare catalogue to ensure order accuracy.
• Minimize order errors, product mismatches, and unnecessary returns through careful verification and coordination.
• Handle customer requests and operational issues in a timely manner and coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, quotation, and order information in the CRM/system.
• Support the maintenance of the assigned customer portfolio and help ensure stable ordering frequency.

• 2 years of experience in telesales, sales support, or a similar commercial role.
• Comfortable and confident with frequent outbound calls and customer communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling quotations, orders, product information, and customer requests.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Good command of Vietnamese.
• Basic English proficiency for reading product catalogues and technical terminology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with CRM or customer management systems.
