1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates through effective sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and reports, monitor hiring progress, and continuously improve sourcing and recruitment processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documents, equipment, access, and related arrangements.
• Handle HR documentation and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely HR processes.

2. Internal Engagement

• Plan and coordinate internal events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support event logistics, internal communications, employer branding, and recruitment events.

3. Admin Support

• Support daily office administration, including office supplies, assets, facilities, documents, and related procedures.
• Support other HR/Admin tasks as assigned.

WORKING TIME

• Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:30PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Lunch Break: 12:00PM – 1:30PM
• Work Arrangement: 100% On-site
• Office: 40 Thien Phuoc, Tan Hoa Ward, HCMC

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with additional exposure to HR Admin, Employee Engagement, or Employer Branding preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline management skills, with experience using multiple recruitment channels.
• Good communication, problem-solving, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Basic Canva and Capcut skills; experience creating recruitment or internal communication content is a plus.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal; willing to support ad-hoc tasks.
