• JOB SUMMARY
• Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for managing recruitment activities for assigned hospitals and business units within Hoan My Medical Corporation (HMC). Working closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders, the role is responsible for understanding hiring needs, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and providing recruitment advice to support business hiring plans. This position also contributes to improving recruitment processes and ensuring a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

• Partner with Hospital HRBPs and hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned hospitals.
• Execute recruitment plans and deliver hiring targets for Hospitals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, job platforms, schools and other recruitment channels.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, offers and recruitment follow-up.
• Track recruitment progress and provide regular reports Line Manager.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
• Execute Employer Branding activities based on plans, including recruitment campaigns, career events, school partnerships and recruitment content; monitor effectiveness and improve activities based on recruitment needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and Talent Acquisition projects.

JOB REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, in healthcare or hospital environment is highly preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across different job functions.
• Experience working closely with Hiring Managers to meet hiring needs.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or shared service environments is an advantage.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing methods.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requests and work under tight timelines.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
