Tuyển dụng Supply Chain Intern (Hà Nội)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support the Supply Chain team with related functional tasks as well as general office administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in office operations and customer service within a professional working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

1. Supply Chain:

• Provide support in preparing required documents, reports, correspondence, records, and presentations... 
• Essential functions:

        + Support in preparing and collecting supply chain and logistics documents 

        + Support and keep track of any outbound and inbound shipments 

        + Work with the warehouse to process delivery orders and follow up on the inventory 

        + Manage and store payments and invoices

2. Support HR – assist in coordinating employee welfare activities and initiatives, such as monthly b-day, team-building and training programs.

3. Office administrative – perform internal/external support handling such as paperwork, phone calls, and the front desk.

4. Perform other tasks if required.

Education:

• Fourth year students (preferably Female) in any discipline such as Economics, BA, International Business, Logistics and Supply Chains
• Commitment to working full time in 06 months.
• Effective communication skills in English and possibly other languages is a plus

Experience:

• No working experience is required, although students with dynamic experience in university / social activities or related work experience will have a big advantage.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chains and Warehouse 
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

Functional Skills:

• Good skills for Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is a plus

Other Abilities:

• Good IT skills e.g. MS Office, Internet, etc. is a plus 
• Familiarity with software or applications is advantageous
