Tuyển dụng Supply Chain Intern (Full-Time 6 Months) tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Logistics

·        Assist in preparing, printing, scanning, filing, and maintaining shipping, customs, and related documents.

·        Support tracking and follow-up of express shipments.

·        Help update and maintain logistics tracking files, including PO Monitoring File and Customs Declaration List.

·        Assist in checking quotations and preparing cost comparison summaries.

·        Support payment processing by preparing and organizing required documents.

2. Sub-contractor Management

·        Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and related documents.

·        Input and update data in tracking files and internal systems.

·        Organize, maintain, and archive subcontractor documents and records.

3. Other Administration Support

·        Provide general administrative support to the team.

·        Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education: Final-year student or fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields

Other skills

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

·        Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

·        Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.

·        Good English
