• Together with other stakeholders and cross-functions to run the S&OP process for accurate demand forecast.
• Daily manage replenishment plan to ensure proper inventory level, day cover vs sale plan.
• Ensure the warehouse manages a healthy inventory level, with low slow-moving and obsolete (SLOB) stocks.
• Monitor, propose and implement solutions to avoid/ minimize slow-moving stock and expired goods.
• Implement the proposal for improvement processes & systems, running reports as a requirement.
• Working with suppliers about quality issues to ensure good quality products for sale and customers.
• Develop and maintain monthly forecast accuracy and forecast bias metrics.
• Continuous improvement to the forecasting process to minimize forecast error.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
• Able to work full-time.
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a demand planning/forecasting role is a plus.
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
