• Develop and manage the monthly content calendar across social media and website channels.

• Create engaging social media content, graphics, photos, videos and short-form reels for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Manage and maintain the school’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business profiles.

• Update website content, including school news, announcements, events and admissions information.

• Monitor and respond professionally to online comments and messages, directing relevant enquiries to the Admissions team.

• Prepare approved content for digital advertising campaigns and monitor campaign performance.

• Maintain and organize the school’s photo and video content library.

• Coordinate with the Designer, external media partners and school departments to deliver content and marketing materials on time.

• Support the creation of newsletters, menus, announcements and event materials.

• Ensure all digital content is accurate, engaging and aligned with the school’s brand and child safeguarding standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, Content Creation or a related field.

• Strong English writing and editing skills, with excellent attention to detail.

• A creative eye and hands-on experience creating graphics, photos and short-form video content.

• Confidence using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace and website Content Management Systems (CMS).

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Professional judgment and sensitivity when creating and handling school- and student-related content.

• Fluent English communication skills.

• Experience in education, paid advertising, photography, video editing, SEO or analytics is an advantage.
