We are looking for a passionate Talent Hunter who can discover exceptional people, recognize hidden potential, and inspire them to join MHG in creating iconic hotels and extraordinary destinations. Your mission:

• Talent Hunting & Executive Search: Proactively identify, approach, and attract high-caliber talent, including General Managers, Operations Leaders, Commercial Leaders, and other key positions across MHG.
• Talent Sourcing & Networking: Build strong talent networks across Hospitality, Luxury, F&B, Coffee, Tea, Wellness, Fashion, Lifestyle, and Entrepreneurship.
• Talent Assessment: Evaluate candidates beyond their CVs, identifying leadership potential, business acumen, creativity, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with passive candidates, communicate MHG's vision, and inspire exceptional talent to explore new career opportunities.
• Recruitment Execution: Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and successful hiring.
• Employer Branding: Support recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives to position MHG as an exciting career destination for ambitious professionals.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 4–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Executive Search, Headhunting, or Talent Acquisition.
• Proven ability to proactively source, engage, and successfully recruit management-level or hard-to-find talent.
• A strong Talent Hunter mindset, with excellent networking, communication, and persuasion skills.
• The ability to recognize potential beyond traditional qualifications and career backgrounds.
• Passion for Hospitality, Lifestyle, people, and innovative business concepts.
• Good command of English, with the confidence to engage international candidates.
• Proactive – Resourceful – Results - Driven – Ownership – Growth Mindset.
