Tuyển dụng Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. RECRUITMENT (25%)

Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes

Supporting the development of recruitment channels / sources to promote Nguyen Kim's recruitment brand, creating candidate sources to support Nguyen Kim recruitment activities in the whole system.

Participate to job fair, HR conference, retail, to get knowledges on each business, expanding connection with candidates to transmit recruitment information.

Implement, manage and develop candidate database on all levels to support well in recruitment

Screening, making offer for candidate, welcome on-board new comers...

2. TRAINING (25%)

Conduct onboarding training and support necessary system training/guidance for new employees.

Reporting evaluation after training (based on the E-Learning program in conjunction with Group)

3. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (25%)

• Ensure the transmission of information throughout the departments, in order to help each employee to understand all the messages of the Company.
• Drafting and sending out announcements related to personnel and events of the Company.

4. ADMIN (25%)

• Coordinate, support, and perform administrative tasks within the HR Division
• Other task assigned by Direct Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Labor Relations, or related field
• At least 3 years in Mass recruitment with Talent acquisition skills
• Good in interview and negotiation skill
• Ability to recognize and evaluate people, well organizing and manage work.
• Can work under pressure, willing to travel
• Microsoft skills, good in English
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, organization & teamwork
