MHG is not looking for a Marketing Manager who simply excels at executing campaigns. We are seeking a strategic thinker and creative visionary who can develop distinctive concepts and turn bold ideas into measurable business value across MHG’s hotel and resort portfolio.

YOUR MISSION:

• Marketing Strategy: Analyze markets, customer insights, and competitors to develop effective marketing strategies, brand positioning, and growth directions for each property.
• Concept Creation: Create distinctive concepts across Hospitality, Wellness, F&B, Lifestyle, and Guest Experience that inspire guests to visit, engage, and return.
• Business-Driven Marketing: Translate creative ideas into actionable plans aligned with revenue growth, occupancy, guest satisfaction, and business performance.
• Creative Innovation: Identify emerging trends, explore new opportunities, and challenge conventional marketing approaches with fresh, impactful ideas.
• Strategy to Execution: Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and cross-functional teams to execute strategies, measure results, and continuously optimize performance.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in Hospitality, Resorts, Luxury, F&B, Lifestyle, or experience-driven industries.
• Strong strategic thinking, market awareness, and a deep understanding of customer behavior and motivations.
• Proven ability to develop concepts, position products, formulate strategies, and lead execution.
• Creative yet commercially minded, with the ability to turn ideas into measurable business results.
• Proactive, open-minded, adaptable, and willing to challenge conventional thinking with a holistic business perspective.
• Proven success in developing brands, products, experiences, or marketing campaigns that deliver tangible business impact is highly preferred.
