The Sr Quality Engineer responsible for managing supplier quality, resolving customer issues, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. Requires strong SQE experience with expertise in 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and NPI projects within electronics or connector manufacturing environments.

Description

As a Senior Quality Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

* Managing supplier quality performance and driving 8D corrective actions.

* Leading supplier audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Supporting customer complaints, RMAs, and quality issue resolution.

* Driving APQP/PPAP, qualification, and NPI quality activities.

* Managing supplier change control (PCN) and process validations.

* Supporting ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, and QMS maintenance.

* Collaborating with suppliers, engineering, sourcing, and operations teams to improve quality, yield, and product reliability.

Profile

A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have:

* 5+ years of quality engineering experience, including 3+ years in Supplier Quality Management (SQE).

* Strong knowledge of 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plans.

* Experience managing supplier quality issues, audits, and corrective actions.

* Background in electronics, connectors, or precision manufacturing environments.

* Familiarity with stamping, plastic molding, and assembly processes.

* Strong English communication and ability to work with cross-functional global teams.

* Experience supporting NPI/product launches, customer complaints, and continuous improvement initiatives.
