- Purpose of Job

• Responsible for strategic and tactical execution marketing campaigns to promote our projects, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across multiple channels, support sales targets.
• Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Overall branding
• Group branding: Support to Marketing team to localize group brand values to both internal and external community. Liaise/follow up with the HQ Marketing team on overall branding implementation.
• Liaise with other MKT teams (School, Township, Mall, Clubhouse) to support activities relate to residential community and public.
• Support and develop local authority’s relationships to get permission for advertising campaigns within township.
• Sales & Marketing strategies and implementation
• Assist in developing new project concepts (market research, customer insights, market trend…)
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for property projects.
• Coordinate with creative teams, suppliers/ partners, and agencies to deliver marketing collaterals, marketing activities on time and in line with approved marketing strategies.
• Work with suppliers on developing marketing collaterals for launching projects: Floor plans, Scale model, Sales kits, 3D images/ videos, brochure, project key visual and identity.
• Organize and support marketing events such as project launches, media briefing, sales events, promotion events, and any other ad hoc and related events/ activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
• Manage marketing assets and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Support CRM and lead generation efforts by aligning content with sales funnels.
• Administration
• Follow all quotations/proposals for implementation of marketing activities
• Follow all contracts/liquidations while implementation

Yêu cầu công việc

• Possess bachelor’s in marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or related sectors.

Strong communication and writing skills in both Vietnam and English

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Ability to work independently as well as in team

Highly enthusiastic with positive attitude

Highly organised and meticulous

Good written communication and project management skills

Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities/projects
