1. Agile/Scrum & Process Management:

• Standardize and improve processes to ensure the team follows the Agile/Scrum Framework effectively and consistently.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.
• Monitor and improve Scrum processes, workflows, and relevant Agile metrics.
• Collaborate with PO in preparing and clarifying the Backlog, ensuring work is ready for each Sprint.
• Identify process issues and drive continuous improvement within the team.

2. Timeline Management:

• Track and manage Sprint/Project timelines, Sprint Goals, and delivery progress.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address them in a timely manner.
• Raise early alerts on issues that may impact project timelines and propose appropriate solutions.

3. Team Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate and promote effective collaboration among BA, Developers, Testers, UI/UX Designers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure team progress, issues, and plans are communicated clearly and in a timely manner.
• Coach and support the team in building a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration throughout the product development process.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Delivery, or in a similar role within software development.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, particularly in managing Scrum processes for technology teams.
• Experience in organizing and facilitating Scrum events, as well as monitoring and improving Agile/Scrum processes.
• Ability to coordinate and connect cross-functional teams, especially BA, Developers, Testers, and UI/UX Designers.
• Strong logical thinking, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify issues early and propose practical solutions.
• Good communication, coordination, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project/task management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to apply AI in practical work, using AI/GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc. to support project management, information analysis, or improve work processes.
• Ability to use English in daily work, including reading and writing.
• Experience in E-commerce, SaaS, or technology products is a plus.
• PSM, CSM, or other relevant Agile/Scrum certifications is a plus
