We are a Vietnam-based e-commerce technology startup building a platform for sellers to launch and scale cross-border dropshipping stores, think Shopify, but purpose-built for dropshipping. Our ecosystem spans storefront management, supplier integration, automated order fulfillment, and cross-border logistics. We’re growing fast and need a BA who can own the product thinking, not just the documentation.

Job Description

• Work closely with stakeholders including BOD and cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
• Build and maintain the product backlog, create User Stories, Use Cases, and other relevant documents.
• Analyze, prioritize, and communicate requirements clearly to the development team following the Agile/Scrum process.
• Prepare BRD, FRS documents, and detailed product function guides.
• Create process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications when needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust and update documents according to changing requirements.
• Participate in project meetings (sprint planning, review, retrospective) to ensure requirements are implemented as agreed.
• Support the development team during testing, clarify requirements, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Monitor, collect, and analyze product data post-deployment to evaluate performance and propose improvements.
• Participate in training, share experiences, and mentor junior BA team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields.
• Have 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, preferably in eCommerce, Marketplace, or large-scale digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation.
• Experience with project and documentation management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Basic understanding of APIs, UI/UX principles, and data analytics concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to understand and write technical documentation in English.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday.
• Schedule: Morning: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM ; Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
