We are a Vietnam-based e-commerce technology startup building BettaMax, an all-in-one platform for sellers to launch and scale cross-border dropshipping stores. Our ecosystem spans storefront creation, template customization, supplier integration, automated order fulfillment, payment gateways, and cross-border logistics - serving 20,000+ sellers globally. We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can push the interface and experience for sellers to the next level, making every interaction intuitive, delightful, and conversion-driven.

Job Description

• Own the end-to-end design process for BettaMax’s seller-facing platform: from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity prototypes to design handoff and QA.
• Design intuitive, conversion-optimized interfaces for key product areas: store builder, product management, order dashboard, fulfillment tracking, payment settings, and analytics.
• Create and maintain a scalable design system (components, tokens, patterns) that ensures visual consistency across web and mobile apps (iOS & Android).
• Improve the storefront template library and customization experience, helping sellers build beautiful, high-converting stores with minimal effort.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and validate design decisions with real seller feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into polished, implementable designs.
• Design responsive experiences that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
• Contribute to the visual design of marketing pages, onboarding flows, and in-app guidance to improve seller activation and retention

• Must-Have
• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile application design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and component-based design.
• Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user-friendly and visually appealing solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn and improve continuously.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Nice-to-Have
• Experience designing SaaS, e-commerce, marketplace, or management systems.
• Familiarity with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, or user research activities.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and responsive design standards.
• Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
